PLAN “2AA”
Twice-a-Week
This plan offers the most value for your money, as you can expect 8 visits per month.
AA
PLAN “AA”
Weekly
Perfect for regular weekend hot tub users.
BB
PLAN “BB”
Bi-Weekly
For infrequent, non-weekly hot tub users.
CC
PLAN “CC”
Check-Out Service
Ideal for rental units. Service is performed immediately after a guest checks out, chemicals included. Maximum of 4 visits per month. Additional service visits will be charged at a discounted rate.
DD
PLAN “DD”
Once-a-Month (Non-Use)
Offered from May through October, this plan covers maintenance only. We recommend this plan instead of shutting down your hot tub.
Every Spa Service Visit Includes:
- Chemical distribution
- Water testing and balancing
- Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) reading
- Cover cleaning
- Ensuring water is at the appropriate level
- Filter rinsing (minimum once per month)
- Inspection and verifying function.

Great plan for regular weekend pool users.

Bi-Weekly
This plan is for monitoring and maintaining pools when they are not regularly in-use. For off-season and non-use pools.
Every Pool Service Visit Includes:
- Water testing and balancing
- Filter inspection or backwash (when required)
- Vacuum and brush sidewalls
- Emptying skimmer and strainer baskets
- Verifying pool functionality
*Chemicals are not included and will be sold and stored on site by Poolside as needed*
