I teach swimming to kids using my home’s pool and I go to Poolside every year to stock up on all the latest pool accessories for the kiddies. They usually have a bunch of great toys, games, and personal floatation devices (life jackets, water wings, etc.) and the prices are extremely reasonable. I also use their bi-weekly Watercare pool service plan to help me keep my pool clean and the water balanced, and they are always on time and very friendly.

If you are looking to purchase a hot tub in the sea to sky corridor or Whistler area, look no further! The Poolside team absolutely crush it with regards to customer service, knowledge/expertise, and delivery. We had over 50cms over night, and they still managed to find a way to deliver seamlessly. I don’t say it lightly, these guys ROCK!

Great sales and service! Our association has five townhomes with private hot tubs. We have purchased two Jacuzzi tubs from Poolside in the past four years and hired them to service all five of our hot tubs weekly for the past 2 years. My wife and I stopped in at Poolside Spa Sales one day to pick up some pool accessories for my mother-in-law. We had been interested in a long time in getting a hot tub in our backyard, and while my wife picked out the pool supplies we needed, I took the time to look at the hot tub displays. The staff took the time to learn more about why we wanted a hot tub and what we were looking to get out of it and recommended a few models to me that were within the price range I mentioned. I went back the following weekend with my wife and we looked at our options together and were really impressed with the service we received at Poolside. We felt like they genuinely cared about us. We are now proud owners of a beautiful Jacuzzi hot tub!

I’ve had a pool for the last 20 years and have trusted the experts at Poolside with all of my pool service needs for almost the same amount of time. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products and help me carry my pool chemicals to my car when I stock up. I usually do all of the routine maintenance, but I usually use their winter and summer pool service to get my pool up and running and closed down properly. Can’t say enough nice things about them, they really make owning a pool easy and stress-free.
